Complaints
Please check all garments within 24 hours of collection/delivery date as no complaints will be accepted afterwards. Complaints will only be accepted on presentation of fiscal receipt.
Collection of garments
It is important to keep the delivery note given to you when items are left with us, as your garments will not be released without presentation of this. Once garments are received, remove from plastic packing due to mould stains, to avoid the risk of suffocation keep plastic packing out of children’s reach.
Stain removal
Customers are responsible to mention all stains when they leave garments with us. We will only process stained items under the owners’ risk and results cannot be guaranteed. Stain removal is primarily dependent on the length of time elapsed since the stain occurred, as well as the type of stain and fabric. Although we can never guarantee stain removal, we strive to do our utmost in this regard.
Right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse our service to any customer.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Designer wear
A surcharge (extra care) for designer wear will be decided on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of the garment.
Limitations
Although every care is taken, we cannot assume responsibility for paddings, shrinkage and damage to trimmings, buttons, beads, sequins, buckles, belts or zip fasteners, loss of colour and other damage arising from the latent defects in the garment.
Personal items
The company shall not bear responsibility nor accept any liability for any goods or cash left in garments.
Compensation in case of loss or fire
In case of any losses or fire, or for any damaged goods, while in our custody, for which we accept liability, the compensation in case of absence of the original fiscal proof of receipt/purchase will be limited to the lesser of 10 times of the cleaning cost or the depreciated value of the item.
Delays
Whilst we endeavor to return your garments within a specified period of time, there might be times were delays occur. The reason for this is that the garment/s might need to go through numerous processes, particularly with regards to stains, as well as additional time required to complete the drying process. In the case of carpets, rugs, quilts, blankets, curtains, and related items, these might need extra care, in which results to having a longer delivery time. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any additional and/or third party costs incurred by the client as a direct result of any delays occurred.
Unclaimed goods
If goods are not claimed or all charges paid in full within six (6) months of invoice date, we shall have the right to sell or dispose of such items. If goods are not collected within three (3) months, a rent of fifty Euro cents (Eur0.50) per day will be charged.
